We aim to gather many resources for community pharmacists to refer when using pharmacogenetic testing in their practice. The process of using pharmacogenetic testing may be simplified into three phases: pre-testing, testing/interpretation, and post-testing. Our collection of resources aims to address each phase of the testing process. These resources will provide guidance on determining who should undergo PGx testing, pre-testing discussions with patients and communication of results, and guidelines to inform interpretation of PGx testing results when prescribing or adjusting medications.
